Here is my review of Fulton Science Private Academy School:
First, the reviews with 5 stars are written by school staff. Do not be misled by fraud and staged reviews. I strongly warn anyone considering this school to do their due-diligence. FSA has pretty good packaging, but behind the scenes, this school is a great big mess. Make sure you ask the important questions: What are the qualifications of the teachers? How many years have the teachers taught (at FSA and in general)? What is the guiding philosophy of the school? How are teachers trained to teach and lead students? The elementary school teachers are very harsh to the students, rude and unnecessarily aggressive. The students are often left in the classroom without any adult supervision Ask for specific examples of their teaching methodology and overall plan for caring for students. FSA paints a great picture, none of which are attainable. We are taking our daughter out of this school by the end of the year. The principle’s only focus is with recruiting new families and the front desk staff is simply inept. The school has not been able to establish the academic excellence that it promised to achieve. The lack of a professional administrator and a clear vision for the school are the reasons that this school continues to flounder. Financial constraints also persist and many of the intended programs continue to be unfunded, despite the continual fund raising efforts. These issues and the inability to obtain qualified teachers make it difficult to choose FSA for my child when other, better options are clearly available.
The greatest mistake we've made is to enroll my child into FSA. We were misled by great speeches, promises, competitions and awards, but inside is an environment that lacks structure, honesty and transparency. FSA teachers are simply incompetent and not capable of teaching children. If you are considering this school, here is my advice to you, do your homework, research carefully and validate information.
